    If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@auricasa.com with the details of your request. Our team will provide you with step-by-step instructions for completing the exchange. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached. Once your email has been received, we will guide you through the process and arrange the exchange accordingly.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email info@auricasa.com with photos documenting the issue. Once verified, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Return Requirements

    You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@auricasa.com. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

    After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days. No restocking fees are applied.
