Can i cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@auricasa.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days. No restocking fees are applied.

Do you charge shipping fees?

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@auricasa.com with photos of the issue. Once verified, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.
