Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@auricasa.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the procedure outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
Do you charge shipping fees?

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email info@auricasa.com with photos documenting the issue. Once verified, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.
